Something that has really taught me to love my body is practicing yoga! Not because I lost weight or had a drastic body change, but because I learned to stretch and relax and strengthen parts of my body that I didn’t even knew I had. It has served as an excellent way for me to appreciate every curve and muscle. :) Keep it up, ladies!
