Hello I am Elizabeth I am 21 and I live in Canada. This blog has done absolute wonders for me. I weighed myself out of curiosity last night, I was 15 pounds heavier than I thought (not 165 but more like 180), the irony being this is the heaviest I have ever been, and yet i have no shame, or embarrassment or even defeat about my body. In fact I feel incredible knowing that I am this big but can still feel& look beautiful. I’ve even started an entirely nude blog to future improve my confidence so my look may never hold me back. It’s all about perspective girls, a number means nothing, you are all incredible beautiful creatures.
